In addition, we offer a 90-day limited warranty that covers any hardware malfunctions or defects that may occur during normal use of the SuperBox. If your device stops working or has any problems within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it for free, as long as you have the original receipt and packaging.
However, please note that our warranty does not cover any app malfunctions or issues that may arise from the software or content that you access through the SuperBox. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities that may result from using third-party apps or services on the SuperBox. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any app or service that you use on the SuperBox.
To ensure that you receive your device as soon as possible, we offer free 3-day priority shipping via USPS for all orders within the United States. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation email once your order is shipped. Please note that shipping is done 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order, depending on the availability of the product. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
